The 14and1.com League Nationals will be moving to the fall of 2011 instead of the summer event we held the last 3 years. We feel this move will serve the league much better and not overlap with all the other events happening in the summer months such as APA, BCA and ACS national events and summer activities as well.

2011 14and1.com National Championships will be held at Diamond Eight Billiards in Latham, NY. See their website at DiamondEight.com to see the beautiful room!
The dates are September 24th & 25th 2011. We will be using 8 designated 9ft. Gandy Big G tables with Simonis cloth for the 2 days. A quick player meeting will be at 10am on Saturday the 24th and we will get the balls rolling! The entry fee is $125 per player and bring cash to the event if you qualify, AND your name has been reported to me as qualified through your league operator.

Latham, NY is just outside Albany, NY if you will be flying. Albany Airport is within a few miles of Latham.
This year I will be changing the format just a bit. We always ran true double elimination, but to make sure we get the event completed in 2 days this year I will be using a modified double elimination format. We will play on Saturday the 24th in double elimination format until we reach 8 remaining players. At that time we will redraw and run single elimination starting at 10am Sunday. The finals will be ONE race to the handicap.
There will also be the mini starting at 11am or noon on Sunday for the players that did not make it to the single elimination redraw of the final 8. The entry for the mini will be $25, single elimination.
